The project is located in the West End neighborhood within 15 blocks of downtown Boise as well as just a few blocks from the Boise River and the amentites of Whitewater Park. The Sponsorship team is local to Denver, but seeking to capitalize on the high growth trends of Boise and its surrounding markets. Residential development has continued to do well across the nation despite the pandemic and Boise is no exception with Idaho seeing 194% more people moving into the state than out. The loan was placed with a regional community bank and was structured with no prepayment penalty.
