COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - PlattePointe Capital, in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield’s Colorado Springs industrial team of Aaron Horn and Heather Mauro worked on behalf of the building owner to procure the renovation financing for the General Services Administration (GSA) to occupy the 164,582 SF building located at 1110 Bayfield Drive in Colorado Springs located on 26.35 acres near Fort Carson and the Colorado Springs Airport.

The GSA is the independent agency of the federal government that manages government buildings and real estate, provides product and service procurement support, and develops policies and regulations.

The financing includes a $15.8MM construction loan and a $12MM revolving line-of-credit to be allocated towards tenant improvements as part of the 10-year General Services Administration (GSA) lease requirements.
