ST. GEORGE, UT – PlattPointe Capital recently arranged financing for the conversion of a 52-room hotel into individually owned condominiums in St. George, Utah.
The project includes the acquisition and full renovation of the existing hotel, encompassing upgrades to all guest rooms, shared amenities, and a complete property rebrand. Upon completion, the developer plans to sell the units as individually owned condominiums, capitalizing on strong demand for vacation-oriented housing in the region.
Momentum is already being built for the project. The sponsor has secured a substantial reservation list backed by deposits, with formal pre-sales expected to launch soon.
Located just 30 minutes from Zion National Park, the second most visited national park in the United States in 2024. St. George has experienced remarkable growth. The city’s population expanded by 44% between 2010 and 2023, driven by its outdoor recreation, year-round climate, and increasing popularity as both a tourism and relocation destination.
