Mixed-Use Construction Completion - Salt Lake City, UT

SALT LAKE CITY, UT: PlattPointe Capital recently arranged $6M in financing that included senior debt and equity to complete the construction of Liberty Wells, a residential mixed-use project on the SW corner of Liberty Park in Salt Lake City, UT. This exciting new development will provide much-needed housing as well as exciting new restaurants to one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, just five minutes from Downtown.

The development includes two separate buildings that each comprise six luxury apartments, open rooftops, and ground-floor retail. In addition to the developers, Modul Living, officing in the project, future tenants include a mixed line-up of cultural restaurants; Le Alba, Shiro Kuma, and Aester, and Swimmers, a high-end clothing shop.

The project is expected to be completed by late summer. This is PlattPointe’s second closing in the Salt Lake City MSA in the past few months. We anticipate participating in significant activity in the newly minted “Silicon Slopes” region that continues to attract major tech companies that realize Utah has become one of the most desirable places to live in the county.
