DENVER, CO – PlattPointe Capital is pleased to announce the successful placement of $2,766,000 in Preferred Equity for a new condominium development in Denver’s sought-after Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood. As one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable districts, LoHi offers unmatched access to top-tier dining and retail, along with immediate proximity to downtown Denver.
The project will deliver 35 condominium units in a variety of thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 550 to 1,820 square feet. The ground floor will include an 1,800 square foot commercial space, a welcoming shared lobby with space envisioned for a bar or lounge, and a 24-stall parking garage. A signature rooftop deck with sweeping views of the Denver skyline will crown the building, offering a unique amenity for residents and guests alike.
This transaction marks the second successful closing between PlattPointe Capital and this local Denver-based development team. In 2021, PlattPointe arranged a $2.9 million mezzanine loan for a nearby 46-unit condominium project, also located in LoHi. That development achieved strong pre-sales, with over 90% of units sold prior to completion — a success the team aims to replicate with this latest venture.
