Creighton is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder before entering a 34-year business career trajectory as a serial entrepreneur; starting, building and selling businesses focused in telecom asset disposition, electronics recycling, oil & gas services, and most recently, commercial real estate capital advisory with PlattPointe Capital. After college, his first job was in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis but ultimately found his way back to it by discovering a passion for helping investors, developers, and small business owners to procure capital they might not otherwise obtain. He primarily focuses his efforts on business development therein forging deep relationships with clients and industry resources.

 

Active in the local market for decades, Creighton adds value to clients throughout the supply chain by referring best-in-class industry experts - attorneys, general contractors, architects, commercial real estate brokers, insurance agencies, CPAs, property managers, consultants, and other industry experts. A passionate learner, reader, networker, and doer. His constant interfacings with these individuals provide our team and clients with superior market knowledge and PlattPointe with recurring business opportunities.

 

Creighton is an active member of the Colorado Chapter of NAIOP. As a former college soccer player, he stays active by playing in competitive soccer leagues. Creighton resides with his wife Julie. Together they have two boys, one in Investment Banking and the other who is finishing his business degree at USC.
